Step 1: Click the ‘Sign up’ button.

Step 2: Fill up the registration form and click the ‘Register’ button.

Step 3: A notification will appear. You will receive an email once the Upsilon Secretariat verifies and approves you.

Step 1: Click the ‘Lost Password’ link.

Step 2: Enter the registered email address for your account. Contact Francis Fulgar ’17 or Ed Sunico ’86 for the temporary email address used for your account. If you have changed your email address before, use that and click the ‘Reset Password’ button.

Step 3: Once you’ve clicked the ‘Reset Password’ button, a notification will appear.

Step 4: Check your email address and click the link sent to your email.

Step 5: Change your password.

Step 1: Once you’ve successfully logged in the basement, click on the icon at the bottom of your iPhone’s Safari browser.

Step 2: Drag the bottom row and click on the ‘Add to Home Screen’ button.

Step 3: You can now access the basement through your web app icon.

Step 1: Tick the ‘remember me’ radio button. Make sure your device’s browser settings allow cookies/cache.

Step 2: Click the ‘Log in’ button.

Step 3: You can also add the web app icon to access the basement.

Possible Reason 1: You may have added a similar location as another person.

Possible Reason 2: You may have added a location that is not readable by the code. Try to enter again and wait for the location suggestions and select from the drop-down.
